Accessibility Statement for Rhythm & Resolve Therapy Services

My Commitment: Davida Price, DBA Rhythm & Resolve Therapy Services is committed to ensuring digital and physical accessibility for all people, regardless of ability. I am continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards, aiming for WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance.

Physical Office Accessibility: Rhythm & Resolve is located in at 3200 4th Ave Ste 101, San Diego, CA 92103. Please be advised of the following regarding my physical site:

Disability Parking and Building Access: Disabled Parking is under the building in the garage and will require clients to call ahead for access. There is an elevator from the garage to the first floor, where Davida’s office is located.
Restrooms: The building’s common-area and restrooms are ADA-compliant, but lack tactile/Braille signage, and require twisting hand movement to operate the door.
Sound Disturbance: There is often sound on the other side of the office wall and many clients benefit from using a sound machine during the session, however, this may be difficult for those who are hearing impaired.
Accommodation: To ensure equal access to care, I provide comprehensive Telehealth services as my primary mode of treatment. If you require in-person care in a fully ADA-compliant facility, please contact me so we can discuss alternative arrangements or provide a referral to a fully accessible location.
