Accessibility Statement for Rhythm & Resolve Therapy Services

My Commitment: Davida Price, DBA Rhythm & Resolve Therapy Services is committed to ensuring digital and physical accessibility for all people, regardless of ability. I am continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards, aiming for WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance.

Physical Office Accessibility: Rhythm & Resolve is located in at 3225 4th Ave, San Diego, CA 92103. Please be advised of the following regarding my physical site:

  • Stair Access Only: My in-person office is on the second floor of a Historic Home and does not have disability access.

  • Disability Parking: There is Public Disability Parking near the building (1/2 a block away), there is also reserved disabled spots in the parking garage, please notify Davida Price ahead of time if you need access to disability parking.

  • Restrooms: The building’s restrooms are not ADA-compliant, but are gender neutral, single room restrooms.

  • Accommodation: To ensure equal access to care, I provide comprehensive Telehealth services as my primary mode of treatment. If you require in-person care in a fully ADA-compliant facility, please contact me so we can discuss alternative arrangements or provide a referral to a fully accessible location.
